Shipping & Delivery Policy

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation on the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours.

All Beach Harbor products are dispatched within 5–7 working days, and our delivery partners typically take 2–7 business days to deliver your order depending on your location.

Note: Weekends and national holidays are not considered business days for standard deliveries.

Your products will be delivered to the address entered at checkout. Each order is shipped with a packing slip and may require a signature upon delivery as proof of receipt.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and shipping destination of your order and will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Orders

We ship internationally, and deliveries may take up to 20–25 business days depending on your location. Please note that any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Beach Harbor will not be liable for these additional charges.

Delivery Duty and Taxes will be noted in the checkout process. We are unable to estimate the amount of taxes and duties your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. This payment is the responsibility of the customer. For more information, contact your local customs office.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above USD 100. This offer is valid per delivery address.

Sale Period Orders

Please note that during sales or high-demand events, shipping may take longer than usual. Kindly allow up to 20–25 days for delivery during these periods.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Cancellations requested after this window will not be accepted as the order may have already been processed.

In case delivery is delayed by the shipping company the brand is not responsible for any refunds/cancellations for your order.

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, in rare cases, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
