However, in the rare case that your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Kindly record a video while unboxing the package, clearly showing the issue, and email us with the footage at info@shopbeachharbor.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Once verified, you will receive store credits which can be redeemed on your next purchase.
Please note: We’re unable to process any requests without the unboxing video proof. This helps us ensure fairness and transparency for all our customers.
